The publication languages of the journal are English and Turkish.

Candidate articles must be between 3500-9000 words, excluding the abstract, references and extended summary. Articles shorter or longer than the specified range will not be evaluated.
Candidate articles sent to the journal must be original, not previously published elsewhere and not in the publication process.
Candidate articles are first reviewed by the editors in terms of compliance with the writing rules and then directed to at least two referees. Articles that both referees report positively are ready for publication, while the article is rejected if both referees report negatively. If one of the referees gives a positive and the other gives a negative report, the article is sent to a third referee. The decision on whether the article will be published or not is made based on the report from the third referee.
All candidate articles must have an English and Turkish title, a Turkish ABSTRACT consisting of 150-200 words and an English ABSTRACT. A sufficient number of keywords (minimum 3 and maximum 5) defining the article should be determined under the abstract. If the article is written in another language, Turkish translations of the title and abstract should be provided. Turkish and English abstracts should cover the purpose, method and results of the study.

A maximum of 3 years must have passed since the presentation date of the papers presented in scientific meetings such as symposiums, congresses and conventions in order to be published in the journal.
In order for an author whose article has been published to be able to publish an article in the journal again, it is expected that at least one year (at least 3 issues) has passed since the published article.
Research articles must be submitted with a similarity report before being uploaded to the journal. The similarity rate of the articles must be at most 20%. (The report must be obtained by excluding only the “CITINGS and BIBLIOGRAPHY”).
A total of 5 (five) documents must be uploaded when the articles are uploaded to the system:

The ethics committee report is mandatory for all candidate articles whose publication process starts in 2020 and later. The ethics committee report must be uploaded to the system when the candidate article is uploaded to the system.
